Fountain of the Flaming Heart
Description
This nice fountain, dating from 1752 is ornamtenting the courtyard of the Hôtel de la Pérousse.
Even if it has been dated from 1752, it is estimated to be older because of its style very close to the Great Century's one. It's the heart of stone where the flame is engraved on the top of the pool which inspired the name to the writer Daniel-Rops who lived in Chambéry during the 1920's.
No water in this fountain.
