Exceptionally open to guided tours, this former 16th-century Italian-inspired hunting lodge, built by a Piedmontese jurist, has been home to many illustrious personalities from the Kingdom of Savoy, most recently Countess Martin Franklin.
The Grand Salon was also the scene of the signing of the marriage contract between the poet Alphonse de Lamartine and Marianne Elisa Birch in 1820.
Situated on the heights of Chambéry, the mansion offers unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains from its large garden.
You will be able to admire the trompe-l'oeil and marble columns on the facade, as well as other treasures inside that you will discover in the company of your tour guide.
