Description

Departure from the Saint-François-de-Sales cross-country ski center
The Creux Lachat Refuge is guarded from December 15 to March 15.

Opposite the starting arch for the cross-country ski trails, turn right at the salle hors-sac. Let yourself be guided along the Tourbière path (Natura 2000 protected area). Once in the peat bog, turn right to reach "Les Chalets des Creusates". Follow the yellow markers to the Refuge de La Plate and finally the Refuge du Creux Lachat (classified as a Nordic walking trail). Return by the same route.
